Terms & Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this promotional offer (the “Promotional Offer”) for Shoppers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Woloo (India) Limited (“Woloo ”)and conducted by RewardPort (“partner agency”) on the Product i.e. Select products available across select stores and cities.
2. The Promotional Offer is valid only in India from 24th July 2024 to 10th January 2025 subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India.
3. Under the Promotional Offer, the eligible Shoppers will be entitled to be rewarded with 2 Swiggy vouchers worth Rs. 100 each.
4. Shopper will get an assured Swiggy Voucher worth Rs. 100 as per the process of redemption free of charge. Standard SMS/ Internet charges may apply during the redemption process.
5. OTP and Swiggy voucher code will be received on SMS and email within 24 hours. Voucher code can be used only once for getting the Swiggy code. Woloo shall not be responsible in case of the Swiggy voucher code being misused or failed or lost during transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.
6. This Promotional Offer entitles the Shopper with 2 Swiggy Vouchers worth Rs. 100 each. Shopper shall be required to read, understand and accept the Swiggy Voucher (“Swiggy Vouchers”) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner’s end.
7. Voucher code can be redeemed only via campaign website to get Swiggy code. Swiggy code can be redeemed ONLY on Swiggy app and website.
8. Maximum 1 voucher can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID and IP address during the entire promotional period. One voucher redemption allowed per month. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Woloo and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employee, Distributors or any other channel partner.
9. Validity of the Swiggy code is 30 days period i.e. if the coupon code is received on SMS on 10th March 2024, then the code would be valid for 30 days i.e. till 10th April 2024.
10. Vouchers cannot be clubbed together or with any other offer on the Swiggy platform.
11. Offer is valid on website/m-site/Android and iOS app 7.
12. Swiggy reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice. In such a situation Rewardport if possible, will replace the experience and offer reward worth equivalent value as per availability. This will complete our promotional obligation. Woloo shall not be responsible for any changes made by the Swiggy.
13. Swiggy reserves the right to terminate the voucher benefit at any time without notice.
14. Swiggy reserves the right to deny honouring the benefit on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof
15. In no event Swiggy be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer.
16. The voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
17. The voucher cannot be exchanged for smaller eGift voucher denominations.
18. If the voucher is lost, misplaced or stolen, neither will a new eGift voucher will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate eGift voucher will not be issued.
19. Woloo, Rewardport or Swiggy shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the gift. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
20. Swiggy may change (add to, delete, or amend) its Gift card terms from time to time.
21. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction & the vouchers cannot be combined with any other running promotional offer on Swiggy platform.
22. This is strictly a one time usage code.
23. Customer data received during the promotion period is Confidential and shall not be shared with Woloo/Rewardport or any partner agency for further campaign analysis/ promotion or marketing communications.

25. The participating customers may, at the request of Woloo participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Woloo (INDIA) LIMITED for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating Shopper agrees and consents to Woloo to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
26. The decision of Woloo or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
27. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Woloo and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.
28. The use of Swiggy name in this terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Swiggy in Woloo. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Woloo and Swiggy, except that both entities have a principal to principal relationship.
29. This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
30. This Promotional Offer is not based on chance and has an assured subscription given as a gratification.

Swiggy Terms:

To Redeem Swiggy Voucher

1. Download/update the latest Swiggy app. Login on the Swiggy app and go to your profile.
2. Scroll down and tap on “claim gift card” under 'Credits and gift cards' section.
3. Enter 16 digit gift card code and PIN to claim your gift card. Claimed gift card amount will be added to your Swiggy credits balance.

Terms

1. Kindly place an order of ₹100 or more to avail the entire voucher discount.
2. Offer is valid on website/m-site/Android and iOS app 7.
3. Offer is valid on all prepaid payment modes only.
4. Delivery and taxes to be paid by the user.
5. Offer valid for a single restaurant bill value only
6. Swiggy reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice

10. If the order amount exceeds the voucher Value then complete your payment via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking to pay balance amount.
11. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction & the vouchers cannot be combined with any other running promotional offer on Swiggy.
